Drop-off zone

If you are dropping off ticket holders, please follow the directions to the official drop-off zone. Please note that a traffic management plan will be in place (including road closures and a one-way system).

Parking for resident ticket holders

When applying for resident tickets, you can also request a guest parking permit (this is included in the price of your ticket). If you have applied for a parking permit, this will be issued at the same time as your resident ticket.
Please be aware that there are TWO guest parking areas at the festival, one for those visiting for the day, and one for those who will be visiting for the weekend (camping overnight). If you are planning on camping, please be sure to use the guest parking for weekend ticket holders (which is conveniently located next to the guest camping area).
Please clearly display your guest permit in your windscreen and follow the enclosed map/directions/marshall instructions to the guest day/weekend parking.
Please see the Leeds Festival website for additional information for guest ticket holders.
BY shuttle bus
Every year, the Barwick and Scholes Community Fund operates a subsidised shuttle bus service to and from the festival. Please be aware that due to Department of Transport guidelines, this service is only available to resident ticket holders.

Tickets

Shuttle bus tickets are NOT included in the price of the resident ticket and must be purchased separately in advance. Seat numbers are strictly limited and tickets will be available on a first-come-first-served basis. You will be given information on how to book a seat when you receive your resident ticket.

Pick-up/drop-off locations

The shuttle bus will have a single pick-up/drop-off point in Barwick and Scholes and will take you directly to the festival. The bus stop locations will be confirmed when you purchase your ticket.

Timetable

A timetable will be issued to shuttle bus ticket holders alongside their ticket. For guidance, the last bus generally leaves the festival 45 mins after the main stage headline act has finished.
